By tapping into our wide range of capabilities, Communicor was able to pivot quickly and efficiently from a planned, in-person event to a first-time-ever virtual event for NewYork-Presbyterian.
Our team created this eye-catching event packaging for the virtual dedication and tour of a new hospital in New York City. Event graphics were designed to be carried through on the invitation, packaging, digital graphics and collateral for a cohesive program. To customize the experience for 300 participants, we retrofitted the manufacturer’s VR headset packaging to include a NYP-branded outer box sleeve with return label, internal labels for event-specific instructions, goggle accent labels, print collateral and scissors. Goggles were sealed with a branded ribbon so participants could use the scissors to experience their own ribbon cutting. We hand-assembled the packages and drop shipped to event attendees. From concept to final product, we were there every step of the way for this well-received alternative to an in-person event.
